Figs are native trees of Syria and Persia, and have been grown in Britain since Roman times. They are best with the roots restricted, container cultivation is always successful, otherwise plants make more leaf than fruit. A prolific, reliable and hardy variety. With a hot summer they will produce an abundance of sweet fruit. Supplied with a height of 1.7mts and a girth of 10/12cms.
